The Italian Supreme Court of Cassation- Enlarged Board of the Italian Supreme Court / Sezioni Unite penali ruling n. 6551 of September, 24th 2020 related to the evaluation of the violation of article 3 of the European Convention of Human rights “No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”
